EmailReminders.net stores the account, reminder, and scheduling information needed to provide one-time reminders, recurring personal reminders, and recurring group reminders.

For account-based reminders, emails go to your verified account email address. For group reminders, the sender can add a small recipient list, but outside recipients must confirm before scheduled emails begin and can unsubscribe later from any message.

For simple one-time reminders, we store the email address, reminder details, confirmation state, and timing data needed to send the reminder and prevent abuse.

We do not sell reminder data. We do not add tracking pixels to reminder emails. Operational logs may be kept to protect the service, troubleshoot delivery, and enforce abuse limits.

You can update your account reminder preferences in settings, export your data, and delete your account. Account deletion disables future account-based reminder email and removes your subscriptions and reminders from the active app.

Email delivery is not guaranteed. Mail providers, DNS, spam filtering, and server availability can affect whether a reminder arrives.
